Dr. Albert Zheng founded the company after working years in the fields of material engineering, real estate brokerage, property management, contractor  project and financial consultation.   Dr. Zheng graduated with a Ph. D degree in engineering from Rice University and a MBA degree from BSU.  Although Dr. Zheng has been very productive in academic work,  research and development projects where he has published over 10 academic papers in world class journals and been an inventor of over 50 US patents, he is very versatile,  entrepreneurial and passionate .  Therefore, after years of practice in real estate, contractor work with separated entities,  the UHome Group was born with the concept to integrate multiple fields and provide one-stop service solution to clients, customers under on organization umbrella to  improve the speed, quality and reduce the cost of doing business in real estate.  Dr. Zheng himself holds a real estate broker license in Virginia, Maryland and DC as well a  contractor license  in Virginia.   

Our team members and partners include real estate agents,  skillful roofers,  painters,  floor installers,  handymen.  We also work  with local specialists for large subcontracting work, mortgage brokerage etc.    Currently, we have a good team of  experts for  the following service fields.
